mySugr® app

mySugr diabetes management app

A diabetes management app as unique as your patients

The mySugr diabetes management app is made by people with diabetes for people with diabetes. The mySugr app stores important diabetes data from connected devices, integrations, and manual entries in one convenient place. It will be right at your patient’s side throughout their diabetes journey, helping them to stay motivated, confident, and ready to manage their diabetes.

Once your patient connects their blood glucose meter with the mySugr app, the connected device will automatically log their blood sugar readings into the app. There is no need to flick through paper logbooks anymore! Everything is available in a few taps in the app.

  • Automatic data importing saves time and makes tracking convenient
  • With a connected blood glucose meter your patient can avoid manual logging errors
  • By connecting to Google Fit® or Apple Health® patients can easily track fitness data

mySugr Logging

Traditional paper logbooks are tedious to work with and not ideal in delivering a holistic overview of the patient’s therapy. The mySugr app makes it easier for patients to log important therapy data such as blood sugar, meals, activity, insulin, and much more.

Thanks to additional handy features like the photo function and entry customisation, the user can embrace the wonderful world of data logging and move old-school logbooks to the digital age.

mySugr Reports

PDF & Excel Reports or CSV reports are directly created in the mySugr app, making it convenient for patients to share blood glucose reports with you, either in-person or online.

mySugr estimated HbA1c

Estimated HbA1c

We know how nerve-wracking it can be for people living with diabetes to get their HbA1c at their appointments. With the mySugr app, once your patient has logged enough blood sugar values, they can view their eHbA1c* anytime, anywhere, by simply glancing at the dashboard in the app.

This allows patients to get an eHbA1c value ahead of and in-between appointments, helping to avoid any surprises and allow them to easily view their long-term diabetes goals.

Bolus Calculator

The mySugr Bolus Calculator helps patients calculate the right amount of insulin for corrections and mealtimes, enabling them to dose with confidence.

  • Set-up is customised to the patient's unique therapy factors
  • No more guesswork when it comes to insulin calculations
  • Improved confidence in accuracy of insulin dosing1
  • mySugr Bolus Calculator and therapy settings can be adjusted any time.
