Roche Diabetes Care has designed, in partnership with dietitians, a short 3-hour carbohydrate counting course for adults with diabetes on flexible insulin therapy to be delivered by a registered dietitian.
The course can be delivered face-to-face as well as virtually, providing remote educational support for people living with diabetes.
This course is accessible, interactive and designed to prompt plenty of discussion. It covers identifying carbohydrate-containing foods, different methods of calculating the carbohydrate value, and also includes information about snacks, exercise, hypo treatment and more.
